Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER

Any brand new product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, but we need to make sure that the product is in original condition with the product tag and original packaging. We only accept returns/exchanges on unworn products, sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. If you believe your item arrived faultily, please contact customer service immediately: info@chsn1.com

Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales item.

Shipping is at the expense of the customer on all exchanges.

Hong Kong
For all Hong Kong orders, please follow these instructions:

  1. Complete your return form and enclose it inside your order. If you have lost your return form, you can print another out using this link. Or contact us at info@chsn1.com to request for a return form.
  2. Enclose your completed returns form inside of your order.
  3. Print off your return label using the following address:

4. Attach the label to the outside of your order and drop it off at your local SF Express post office.

International
To return your order please follow these instructions:

  1. Complete your return form and enclose it inside your order. If you have lost your return form, you can print another out using this link. Or contact us at info@chsn1.com to request for a return form. 
  2. Enclose your completed returns form inside of your order.
  3. Print off your return label using the same address as above #3.
  4. Attach the address to the outside of your order.
  5. We recommend returning your order using a tracked and insured service. You must accurately complete any customs declaration forms regarding the contents of your return.


Please note that failure to follow customs declarations incorrectly could result in CHSN1 having to pay customs fees on import. If we do receive any customs fees that we can't dispute and reclaim, this will be deducted from the refund.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN TO BE APPROVED

All returns must be sent with the original tags attached and within the product bag. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. If there is a fault with your item upon delivery, please immediately inform our customer service team and do not attempt to return your item. Items on sale cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.

HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE?

We ask for 2-3 working day to inspect and process your return. Depending on your payment method it can take anywhere from 1-10 working days to receive the refund.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?

We have a 30 day returns policy. This means that from the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to get the item returned to us.
