Delivery is made Monday to Saturday at working hours. We strive to get everything dispatched out of the warehouse and shipped into the local mail stream as quickly as possible. We do not ship out orders on weekends and public holidays. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.

 

The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen. 

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. CHSN1 is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
